Forum session with Mortgage Strategy, discussing how to demonstrate the value of marketing to Boards. And get that budget sorted.
Today, at a Mortgage Strategy office, Jeff Knight shared several points to help demonstrate the value of marketing. This was a lively event, with some great contributions from attendees. We discussed the need for commercial acumen, being the voice of the customer, using EQ and knowing what metrics to share with the Board. Great session which will be run again. And again.
